The warranty period may not, however, exceed 30 months from the date of production.<\/p>\n<p><b>Warranty claims will be rejected in the following situations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the defect in the product arises from:\n<ul>\n<li>any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer\/purchaser<\/li>\n<li>modifications undertaken by the customer\/purchaser or athird party without the consent of Grundfos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If a defect is caused by:\n<ul>\n<li>normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<li>inadequate maintenance or faulty repair by others than Grundfos<\/li>\n<li>failure to observe the operating instructions<\/li>\n<li>over-loading<\/li>\n<li>use of any unsuitable material<\/li>\n<li>the effects of chemical or electrolytic action<\/li>\n<li>building or assembly work not undertaken by Grundfos<\/li>\n<li>other reasons beyond Grundfos\u2019 control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a general rule, Grundfos will not accept to pay transportation\/replacement\/installation costs for faulty products.<\/p>\n<p>Warranty claims may be submitted by contacting the local Grundfos sales company or the point of sale.<\/p>\n<h3>Benefit:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge that Grundfos backs its products with clearly<br \/>\ndefined warranty terms<\/li>\n<li>Warranty claims with well-defined contacts and short response<br \/>\ntime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comprehensive and global 2-year warranty included in pump sales price All Grundfos products come with a 2-year warranty that fully complies with legal requirements.
