The Grundfos range of recirculation pumps is the product of decades of engineering experience. Created to handle large flows with low heads, the SRP models are equally suitable for wastewater treatment plants and flood control.

SRP units come in three main variants – DN 300, 500 or 800 mm, fitted with motors from 0.8 to 24 kW. The units share many features with the AMG and AFG gear-driven mixers and flowmakers, making them instantly familiar to service staff and facilitating easy maintenance.
Recent developments include a triple sealing system for maximum protection of the mechanical shaft seal and a bracket that facilitates very easy installation.
Applications
The pumps are suitable for the following applications:
- Re-circulation of sludge within sewage treatment plants
- Storm water pumping.
Features and benefits
- High efficiency stainless steel propeller
- Electronic leak sensor in gearbox/shaft seal housing
- Wide performance range
- Strong axial gear in slim design for high hydrodynamic efficiency
- Integrated overload and overheat protection
- Good self-cleaning capabilities.

The Grundfos HS horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, between bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components (bearings, wear rings, impeller, and shaft seal) without disturbing the motor or pipework.
The independent bearing housing allows for ease of maintenance without removing the top casing. The double volute design reduces the radial load on the shaft, extending component life, minimising vibration and providing quiet operation.

The HS pump also offers high pump efficiencies throughout the range. High energy efficiency along with long pump life and easy maintenance add up to low life-cycle costs.
The HS pump is available in three configurations – pump with motor and baseframe, pump with baseframe, and bare shaft pump only.
The HS pump is ideal for custom applications and is available in a wide range of variants. The high efficiency and low life cycle costs make the HS ideal for any commercial building, water utility or industrial project.
Applications
Grundfos HS horizontal split case pumps are typically used in these applications:
- Air-conditioning/heating systems
- Public water supply
- District cooling/heating plants
- Cooling systems
- Public waterworks
- Process cooling
- Irrigation.
Features and benefits
- Easy to service: split case design
- Double suction minimises axial load, which extends the life of the wear rings, shaft seals and bearings
- Double volute reduces radial forces and minimises noise and vibration
- Independent bearing housing design allows access to the pump components without removing the top half of the casing
- High energy efficiency
- Low life-cycle costs
- Many product variants available.

The Unilift CC is a single-stage submersible drainage pump, designed for the pumping of drain water and grey wastewater. The Unilift CC has now the dual outlet option which makes installation more flexible and replacement even easier than before. Connect vertically or horizontally – as you like.
The Unilift CC can pump down to a water level of 3 mm above the floor when removing the strainer. The Unilift CC is suitable for permanent as well as temporary installation. It is fitted with a non-return valve in the outlet in order to prevent backflow from the piping system. An adaptor ensures good connections to ¾ ”, 1” or 1 ¼ ” outlets.

The Unilift CC range comprises three single-stage submersible pumps: The CC 5, the CC 7 and the CC 9. The pumps are equally suitable for portable usage and permanent installation.
The strainer is made of stainless steel, while the main pump parts, e.g. the sleeve and pump housing, are made of moulded composite materials.
The Multibox is the perfect solution for use as an emergency kit for single family houses in the event of flooding. It contains
- Unilift CC-7 with Storz coupling
- 15m Storz fabric hose
- Box with perforated mesh sides as pre-strainer for the pump
Applications
The pumps are designed for pumping rainwater or grey wastewater from:
- Washing machines, bath tubs, showers, sinks, etc.
- Cellars or buildings prone to flooding
- Draining wells
- Collecting wells for surface water with inlets from roof gutters, tunnels, etc.
- Swimming pools, ponds or fountains
The Unilift CC pumps are suitable for the following liquids:
- Clean, non-aggressive water
- Slightly dirty (grey) wastewater
- EN 1.4401 version available for slightly aggressive liquids
Features and benefits
- Horizontal or vertical outlet for easy installation or replacement
- Suitable for low suction levels down to 3mm
- Light-weight
- EN 1.4401 version available for slightly aggressive liquids
- Stainless steel strainer
- Composite materials

The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.
The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 50 bar of pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.

Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimised for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.
Applications
CR pumps provide a complete range of pump solutions so that all applications, industrial and domestic, can benefit from the Grundfos touch. The applications that can be covered include the following:
- Process water systems
- Washing and cleaning systems
- Seawater systems
- Pumping of acids and alkalis
- Ultrafiltration systems
- Reverse osmosis systems
- Swimming baths.
Features and benefits
- Reliability
- High efficiency
- Service-friendly
- Space-saving
- Suitable for slightly aggressive liquids
- High corrosion resistance
- Single-pump solution making high pressures possible.
