The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and all-titanium. The Grundfos DP pumps are designed for pumping drain water and groundwater from installations in or around private housing, farms and small industrial plants. These pumps are also ideal for flood-relief applications and as utility pumps in farming, industry, etc.

DP pumps are fitted with a suction strainer, on which the pump stands. The suction strainer allows for the passage of solid particles of up to 10 mm in size, which is the maximum free passage size through DP pumps. The strainer is easy to dismantle for cleaning or for inspection of the pump hydraulics.

The impeller for the DP range is of a semi-open multivane design. The impeller clearance can easily be adjusted simply by tightening or loosening the adjustment screws at the bottom of the suction cover.

The Grundfos HS horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, between bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components (bearings, wear rings, impeller, and shaft seal) without disturbing the motor or pipework.
The independent bearing housing allows for ease of maintenance without removing the top casing. The double volute design reduces the radial load on the shaft, extending component life, minimising vibration and providing quiet operation.

The HS pump also offers high pump efficiencies throughout the range.  High energy efficiency along with long pump life and easy maintenance add up to low life-cycle costs.
The HS pump is available in three configurations – pump with motor and baseframe, pump with baseframe, and bare shaft pump only.

 Grundfos Sanitary Pumps

Grundfos NK/NKG pumps are used in water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), irrigation and process industries.

Grundfos end-suction pumps are multi-purpose pumps suitable for a variety of different applications requiring reliable and cost-efficient supply. End-suction pumps are used in five main areas of application: water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), and irrigation.

The pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The Grundfos NK/NKG range comprises a complete series of long-coupled pumps that comply fully with either EN733 or ISO2858. The pumps are of the back pull-out design, enabling removal of the motor, coupling, bearing bracket and impeller without disturbing the pump housing or pipework. Even the largest pumps can thus be serviced by one person with a crane. The ISO2858 range of pumps are available with a bearing life of 100,000 hours, and Grundfos NK/NKG Pumps  can be fitted with double seals. They available in a stainless steel version as an option.

Grundfos Booster Multi R variable speed system dirancang untuk beroperasi secara parallel dengan dua hingga empat pompa Grundfos vertical multistage centrifugal CR sebagai standar melalui Grundfos – R – Series variable speed drives yang terpasang pada control panelnya. Jika dibutuhkan system ini juga dapat diaplikasikan dengan pompa Grundfos lainnya. Grundfos R-series inverter yang digunakan sangat sederhana namun pintar, mampu beroperasi sebagai variable speed system controller dan frequency inverters.
